My son came into hospital has he fainted and I was very nervous as a mum however the doctor who saw my son (dr. Jenny Hughes) straight away made me feel at ease.
Suggested improvements
She was amazing and caring.
She was very friendly and professional and listened to my son with care.
The doctor went above and beyond duty of care.

All good today has listened carefully to my elderly mother’s concerns and symptoms. We are waiting the results of several tests as yet( Blood, urine ECG etc).
Suggested improvements
It might help if a clinician explains, after-asking their questions, what they maybe looking for 1 to rule out.

Maram - mental health nurse.
Absolutely felt a lot of love and care from her gentleness and kindness, thoughtful.

I really recommend her for a prior of employee or the month award I think you should do a points system for staff whatever they get raised the points add up so I am giving her 100/100. 100%.
